Jesse Barlow is a professor emeritus of computer science at Penn State, a State College resident since 1981 and resident of the borough since 2003. He was a member of Borough Council for two terms between 2016 and 2024. Both of Jesse’s adult children were educated by State College Area Schools. Read more about Jesse here.
